Please read these terms and conditions as they affect your rights and liabilities and set out the terms under which Dream Home Professionals makes its services available to you.
1. Payment Terms
Acceptance of Payment Terms: By employing the services of Dream Home Professionals, you agree to the following Payment Terms.
These Payment Terms apply to your use of all services provided by Dream Home Professionals. The Payment Terms constitute a binding agreement between you/your business and Dream Home Professionals
1.1 Payment Methods: On initiating a service, please provide Dream Home Professionals with a valid billing address where our invoice will be directed upon completion of the service.
1.2 Overdue Invoices: Should an invoice go unpaid Dream Home Professionals has the right to proceed with legal action and following a letter of notice will proceed with the necessary actions in order to retrieve the due payment.
1.3 Dispute Resolution: If you have any problems or concerns, please contact the business owner directly: dreamhomeprofessionals@gmail.com If a dispute arises between a business and Dream Home Professionals, Dream Home Professionals will provide reasonable assistance to help resolve the dispute.
2. GDPR
The General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), effective 25 May 2018, applies to all businesses who collect or otherwise process personal data. The GDPR sets out the responsibilities of businesses in relation to the personal data they collect and hold, and it also governs the processes businesses use for managing that personal data.
2.1 Dream Home Professionals has been mobilised and actively working on its GDPR strategy and implementation.
As part of these preparations:
- We have tightened our website security.
- Trained staff and contractors on GDPR to ensure that they understand the basics of data protection law.
- Updated our Terms and Conditions.
- We are operating opt-in only email marketing.
3.0 Client Confidentiality
Dream Home Professionals guarantee that all business information is kept strictly confidential between the client and Dream Home Professionals. We store passwords and logins in on a secure, password-protected hard drive.
